Let’s Grow Gala

Let’s Grow Gala

The Let’s Grow Gala is a benefit for Growing High Point, an organization dedicated to transforming under-resourced neighborhoods through community

We envision a resilient and vibrant local food system in High Point to increase economic opportunity, mitigate food insecurity, and increase access to high quality, nutritious local food for every resident of our ever growing city. Our urban agriculture footprint includes five urban farms - including a greenhouse and high tunnel - managed by Growing High Point, a Farmer-in-Training program that provides residents with the opportunity to learn techniques and skills in urban agriculture, an Urban Farm Leaders Network, the sole aggregate Food Hub within the triad, an Apiary and Beekeeping Apprenticeship program, a mobile food market - the Growdega, A Farm-to-Senior Produce Box program that delivers fresh fruits and vegetables to homebound or limited-mobility senior citizens and continuous support of several community gardens within the core city of High Point.

Local food is fresher, more nutritious, benefits the local economy, and tastes better!

We invite you to taste the difference at the Let’s Grow Gala Thursday, October 5th, 2023 at The J H Adams Inn in the Atrium to enjoy an expertly prepared meal of locally sourced foods accompanied by select wines and locally brewed beer. Seating is limited so please make your reservation early to ensure availability. Your participation will help support our vision of dynamic and vibrant neighborhoods across High Point that provide access and opportunities for every resident. If you feel moved to donate, please make any checks out to Growing High Point.

Thank you for your support.
